Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Bhagwati Prasad Kabra is the Chairman and Managing Director of our company and has served on the Board since its inception. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Vikram University, Ujjain, and brings with him more than four decades of extensive industry experience.
He previously worked with a multinational corporation, where he played key roles in Sales & Marketing, Operations, and overall business administration. In his current capacity, he is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction and overseeing its overall management and operational functions.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Kabra is actively engaged in various social and cultural organizations, where he offers his services on an honorary basis, contributing to initiatives aimed at the advancement and betterment of the next generation.

Mrs. Sarala Kabra
Director, Legal and People Management
Mrs. Sarala Kabra serves as the Director, Legal and People Management, of our company. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Legislative Law (LL.B.) from Vikram University, Ujjain.
After successfully dedicating several years to her family, she now brings her strong legal understanding, financial acumen, and people-management expertise to support the continued growth of Saanvin Packaging. In her role, she is committed to strengthening organizational governance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to the company’s strategic advancement.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Mrs. Kabra is actively associated with various charitable, social, and cultural organizations, where she offers her services on an honorary basis to support and uplift underserved communities.

Mr. Mohit Kabra
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mohit Kabra is a seasoned international business professional with over 15 years of experience in global trade, import–export operations, market development, and strategic business management. An avid learner and reader, he is passionate about continuous professional growth and global exposure through travel and cross-cultural engagement.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, a Postgraduate qualification in International Business, and has completed the Executive Management Program from IIM Indore along with several advanced executive courses from premier institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad. His commitment to lifelong learning drives him to consistently engage with emerging global business practices and industry developments.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kabra has gained extensive experience in manufacturing, international market expansion, export sales administration, production and strategic planning, and overseas business management. Known for his result-oriented approach, he focuses on global business development, growth strategy, profit optimization, and high-impact negotiations. His professional journey has enabled him to travel widely across international markets, contributing to significant market-development initiatives for his organizations.

Mr. Madan Singh Negi

Mr. Madan Singh Negi is an Electrical Engineer from the 1982 batch of NIT Raipur. He began his career with Bajaj Plastic Limited, Nagpur, and has since held senior management positions across diverse industries throughout India.
With over 42 years of extensive and diversified experience, particularly within the plastics sector and the FIBC industry, Mr. Negi serves as a Mentor to our CEO and the organization. His professional journey—from Plant Engineer to Plant Head—has equipped him with deep expertise in manpower management, machinery operations, production processes, and product quality control.
He is also a certified auditor for the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), enabling him to effectively implement international standards and compliance requirements on the shop floor.
An Electrical Engineer by training, Mr. Negi brings strong analytical skills and a process-oriented approach to every operational challenge, making him an invaluable asset to the organization.
